Legislating Against Spam  

The New Zealand Govt. is grappling with the possibility of Legislating Against SPAM.

They need help in being sure they do something that is helpful in clobbering this rubbish.
What is particularly needed is to hit the advertisers , as they are the source of the money
that drives SPAM.
No advertisers => No Spam.
... it's that simple.
The Spammers are bottom feeders, but the advertisers feed them!
