Constant Reference  

Even constants are on the move.
So you can use the "right" value for the speed of light, or Avogadro ... they are all authoritatively on-line at the NIST Reference of Constants, Units, and Uncertainty
... just thought you should know.

(Afterthought: Perhaps it would profit some journalists to read about uncertainty inview of the rabid interpretation of the excess of voter polls which have been mis-interpreted during the election.)
