Cyper attack on Tibetan Sympathisers  

Somebody is trying to use pro-Tibet themed emails to infect computers of the members of pro-Tibet groups to spy on their actions.

Groups working for freedom of Tibet all over the world have been targeted.
Attachments install keyloggers that collect and sends everything typed on the affected machine to a server via a Chinese DNS-bouncer system.

I wonder who would do that?
