Shit Landscape design

garden_path Another example of why draughtsmen are crap at landscape design! This path is made up of round stones 2-3 stones deep. Remember how hard it is to walk on river shingle ... this will be difficult too. The path slopes uphill, so the stones are gonna scoot everywhere, those bricks are not going to contain them. That's a public footpath there, so there is even more chance of spreading the stones everywhere as the neighbourhood kids go past. - even sharp crushed stone would have been a beeter choice, but basically, you don't do this sort of thing. I'll lay a bet that within a year, that path will be re-done, probably concreted.
