Builders Rates  

Having a few jars with Me-Mate-Murray the builder, and Flash-Artist-Geoff who draws pictures of houses (for types like Murray to build).
It turns out that there is a flexible charging regime in the building trade derived from a standard charge-out rate so:
100% : Normal unencumbered work.
150% : Working while client is watching.
200% : Working while client is helping.
