US Security = Fortress America  

Sadly, there are more and more of this sort of story from travellers going through the USA.
It is becoming very evident that for many people, if you don't have to go there, GO AROUND IT!
Avoid going to the US unless you *really* have to, 'cos the terrorists have won control of the airports, using Transport Security Administration as a proxy.
It's what Bruce Schneier calls "Security Theater", but frankly, it's got out of hand.
