Trying to make a
homemade Vogel's bread
substitute ('cos their recipe *has* changed since being taken over by the big corporate), I got a reasonable recipe going, but it was always a bit strong on the yeast.
When Matt gave me a
sourdough bug, it just had to be tried.
After a few "interesting" (but nevertheless reasonable) loaves, this was todays result.
Not too bad!
