Not what it used to be.  

I used to enjoy going into the old James Smiths Building.
The ambiance of the somewhat grungey market with all the small shops and having a coffee on the third floor.
Now there are only two floors available, and half of each is taken up by Rebel Sports. TWO oversized stores selling cheap crap! I no longer want to go inside the building anymore, as there are very few stalls now, and the whole building is pervaded by the smell of the cheap sweatshop plastic wares that the sports-gear giant specializes in. (... might as well go to the Warehouse ... )
